My Story
My passion is to empower all women.
From an early age I knew my life’s work would be dedicated to the empowerment of women, especially young girls. I created a curriculum for middle school girls to help them navigate some of their most confusing years. With my parents divorced and mom always working, I remember how challenging it was growing up without a role model to help teach me about emotional intelligence, positive body image, or media literacy. These are important topics that are not taught in typical school curriculum. It was a dream come true teaching and empowering young women.
Fast forward to today. My passion for empowering all women stems from my own past. I know first-hand what it is like to experience severe burn-out from overworking long 12 hour days and feeling zero fulfillment. I went through cycles of deep depression and anxiety since I was a teen and constantly experienced hopelessness and overwhelm. This is no way for anyone to spend their life. Unfortunately, this heartbreaking epidemic has become a normal standard of living. My reason for helping women break free of this cycle and take full responsibility of their life is the freedom I feel being on the other side. My deepest prayer is for everyone to experience optimal health, true joy, and freedom.
